Quality & Compliance
What we check, when we check it, and which documents you can ask us for.
Copies of all licences and registrations are provided with the quotation, or on request.
Three Gates Before Dispatch
01 Inbound
Lot inspected on receipt for visual grade, foreign matter, moisture, infestation and odour. Lots outside agreed parameters are rejected at this stage rather than reworked later.
02 In-process
Cleaning, grading and sortex verified against the grade the order was booked at. Sample retained for reference against the dispatched lot.
03 Pre-dispatch
Final verification of grade, moisture, pack weight, seal integrity, batch coding and labelling before release.
What We Hold A Lot Against
Exact figures differ by product and grade and are stated on each specification sheet. These are the parameters we work to across the range.
- Purity and admixture percentage
- Moisture content
- Foreign matter and extraneous material
- Broken, damaged and discoloured count
- Size and grade classification
- Infestation and live insect — nil tolerance
- Odour, colour and general appearance
- Packaging integrity, weight and batch marking
Traceability
Each dispatch carries a batch reference tied to the inbound lot, the processing record and the packing date. If a question comes up three months later we can tell you which lot it came from and what it was tested against.
Storage & shelf life
Stock is held off-floor in a dry, ventilated warehouse away from direct sunlight and strong odours. Shelf life is stated per product on the specification sheet and assumes storage under those conditions in unopened original packaging.
Send us your specification
Product, grade, quantity and delivery point is enough to start. If you already have a buying specification, send it as it is — we will quote against your document rather than ours.
