01 Inbound
Lot inspected on receipt for visual grade, foreign matter, moisture, infestation and odour. Lots outside agreed parameters are rejected at this stage rather than reworked later.
02 In-process
Cleaning, pitting, grading and processing verified against the grade the order was booked at. Sample retained for reference against the dispatched lot.
03 Pre-dispatch
Final verification of grade, moisture, pack weight, seal integrity, batch coding and labelling before release.

Do you supply dates paste in bulk for manufacturing?
Yes. Dates paste is supplied as a bulk food ingredient in food-grade lined packing for energy bar, bakery, confectionery and dairy manufacturing, alongside whole pitted dates for inclusion use.
Can you supply against our own buying specification?
Yes, and we prefer it. Send your specification document as it is and we will quote against it rather than asking you to fit ours.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It varies by product, grade and delivery point. Tell us the product, quantity and destination and we will confirm the minimum along with the quotation.
Which origins do you source dates from?
Origins vary by grade, season and the specification being supplied. The origin is confirmed on every quotation before you commit, and stated on the documentation with the consignment.
Do you offer private label and contract packing?
Yes. Retail packs under your own artwork, pack size and declarations, packed at partner facilities matched to your certification requirement.
Do you export, and can you quote on Incoterms?
Yes. Our head office sits inside the APMC market at Vashi, Navi Mumbai with Nhava Sheva close by. We quote on the Incoterm you work with and coordinate documentation with our clearing and forwarding agents.
